The HEAL Method: Emotional Processing & Regulation Program (EPR)
This program is an opportunity for you to tune into your intuition and align yourself with positive productive feelings to move forward confidently and feel great doing so. Each session is about an hour in length and will guide you to shift your negative thoughts and feelings into positive patterns. This program is not therapy, it is a solution-based methodology proven to create change at a neurological level. Each session we will use tools to measure your progress so that you can see the changes you are creating.
Week # 1- Connecting to Your Internal Messenger
- An opportunity to set clear goals and start the process of mindset shifting.
- Tuning into your thoughts and completing a mental body scan to identify areas of distress and replace them with harmonious feelings.
- You will scale your physical and emotional responses using the subjective units of distress scale (SUDS).
- Negative emotion replacement technique- release unwanted emotion and fuel body with calm feelings.
Week #2- Releasing FITES of Life to Create Space for Calmness & Clarity
- Emotionally charge your body by releasing the negative Feelings, Images, Thoughts, Emotions, Sensations you have been holding onto in a safe and gentle space.
- Learn the power of the mind and see firsthand how quickly changes occur when you tune into the information you send to the brain.
- Rescale physical and emotional responses using SUDS.
- Learn a parasympathetic activation technique to calm your nervous system and bring you back into alignment.
Week #3- Optimizing the Flow of Energy
- Learn how your energy systems effect your wellbeing and cultivate rhythm to bring you back to homeostasis.
- Restore calmness and de potentiate negative energy in the body.
- Using the SUDS scale, you will check in on your emotional patterns and see the positive outcomes that you are manifesting in your mind and body.
- Learn a third technique to respond to emotions and harness a powerful positive state.
Week #4- Cultivating Confidence to Move Forward with Success
- Measure emotional regulation response using the SUDS scale.
- Cultivate clarity and confidence using a therapeutic technique to allow you to move forward successfully.
- Revisit your goals set out in session #1 and discuss strategies for continuous success.
- Learn a fourth technique to bring you clarity and confidence to overcome any situation or decision.
- A small token as a reminder of your success and achievements in completing this program. You did it! You took charge of your life and now have skills to follow your dream path. Congratulations on your great work and participation. Each session is an hour in length.
The HEAL Method: Confidence and Calmness in The Classroom (Triple C)
If you experience social anxiety and have difficulty in classroom or school situations this four-week program with teach you proven methods to feel comfortable. Studies have proven that anxiety is not something we are born with. We learn to be anxious from experiences in life. The good thing in all of this, we can reprogram the mind to break the anxiety patterns. This program is not therapy, it is a solution-based methodology proven to create change at a neurological level. Each session we will use tools to measure your progress so that you can see the changes you are creating.
Week #1- Caring to the Core
- Together we will set clear goals and start the process to transition into a growth mindset.
- Tuning into your thoughts and completing a mental body scan to identify feelings and learn your first strategy to break the pattern of anxiety and substitute a calm feeling.
- You will scale your physical and emotional responses using the subjective units of distress scale (SUDS).
- Negative emotion replacement technique- release unwanted emotion and fuel body with calm feelings.
Week #2- Tapping into Energy Systems to Create Calmness
- Learn about energy systems in the body and how they effect you in everyday life.
- Restore calmness and release negative energy in the body.
- Using the SUDS scale, you will check in on your emotional patterns and see the positive outcomes that are replacing the old beliefs.
- Learn a short form of the technique to respond to unwanted feelings and bring the calmness you need to be successful.
Week #3- Replacing FITES in Life for Clarity & Calmness

Childrens Sessions- The HEAL Method: Stop anxiety in its tracks! CLOSED AT THIS TIME
Children between the ages of 7-12 attend a four week in person, group session. Your child will learn how to control how they feel. Sessions include the following teachings:
- To identify their emotions.
- Proven strategies to STOP anxiety in its tracks.
- The difference between a Fixed and Growth mindset.
- The importance of having a vision.
If your child struggles with anxiety, this program is the greatest gift you could ever give them.
