Pre-season session- Shannon worked with a group of young hockey players between 8-12 years of age teaching foundational mental strategies to elevate their performance on and off the ice. The kids were thrilled to have the information about the importance of taking care of the mental game solidified by Winnipeg Jets' Colin Miller and Milwaukee Admirals' Jack Matier.
